*Standard connection fee applies to properties inside the original network plan that can be completed in a two hour window, and a clear route to the property either by overhead cable or underground conduit already exists.

If additional connection or clearance works outside the scope of a standard connection are necessary, a free site survey will be offered, and any additional charges communicated.

Additional works include, but are not limited to:
– Installing or unblocking conduit connection route (to bring connection from the road to the property)
– Tree trimming or avoidance (where trees or overgrowth prevent connection to the property)

For property outside the original network plan, a network extension will be considered based on the volume of interest and a standard contribution of £499 payable by new customers in the extended area. No fees will be liable without consultation.
